First start-up

My first start-up was as UK CEO of US based marketing services corporation, Wathne, building a team working exclusively for global premium brands. The client portfolio I built spanned seventeen countries, travelling extensively to Asia, the US and across Europe to manage these international client relationships

I have served as a Board Director for advertising, marketing and digital agencies. zgc, where I was the first Business Development Director, merging and relaunching as mustard (Mosaic Group, Canada); relaunched independent advertising agency, Them; and I was co-opted to the board of Media Square Plc newly merged agency, Wax

Market Research

The foundation of my career lies in Market Research, having been classically trained in quantitative and qualitative techniques. These formative years spent with an independent practice and subsequently for the now merged WPP plc agency Kantar, underpins how I think about marketing and brand development to this day
